  • Of all the Chanel boutiques I've shopped at, this store is hands down the best. Customer service is unbelievable. Not only did they follow my every request when I purchased a classic flap bag, they did everything through the phone. I highly recommend this boutique out of all the other Chanel boutiques around. I highly recommend working with Christine. She is the sweetest sales rep ever. She updated me with texts every ten or so minutes about locating my bag, to packaging my bag, to sending my bag out to Fedex. Although there were some bumps in the roads manager Diana handled everything exemption ally well. When looking at excellent customer service, this Chanel boutique sets the bar exceptionally high.
