  • I would not recommend Sun City awning to family and friends, customer service is unacceptable the product turned Ok but has not been completed. From the time I signed the contract on August 8th until now which is November 15th it has yet to be 100% complete, no phone calls nor updates. I spoke to the owner Brian? who stated they are working with office staff, what about a call to let me know when you plan on finishing the project as part of working on customer service.
