  • Dealt with Shane numerous times. From simple Seiko's, to rebuilding a Speedmaster professional that had been sitting in sand, he's done it all for me. All for less than what anyone in Toronto, Canada or probably north America charges. Budget a half hour to converse and learn about what you've been wearing on your wrist, along with a bit of random knowledge that he will surely share. His wisdom and approach to customer service is admirable, and a breath of fresh air for anyone, whether you wear a Patek or a Panerai.. Turnaround has usually been less than week, which is a fraction of the time normal shops estimate (but can't follow through with).
