| - What is wrong with their employees here?!?! In my earlier days, I worked in fast food and I know it's stressful but if you have a good crew(I LOVED my crew I worked with and I miss them! Like old high school friends!) then it's tolerable and you work together. This is not the case at this McDonald's.
Ever since I have downloaded the McDonald's app on my phone I enjoy seeing the "deals" section and if anything is added to it. Well, I decided to try their app and ended up at this McDonald's. The moment I walked in, I knew something was wrong. Two female employees were yelling at each other because since they were both working the drive thru window they were getting in each other's way, or that's what I gathered from the shouting. Something to the extent of the one girl was "being disrespectful" and hitting the other with the bags as she was passing them out the window and taking bags so the other was confused with the orders. This fight escalated to the point where profanity was clearly heard and the F-word followed by the S-word was clearly said to one another and employees were holding one of the girls back so the fight didn't get any worse. Finally after about what seemed like a solid minute of yelling from the moment I walked in, the kitchen manager at the time raised his voice and said the girls names along with "Can we please not do this here! Can we please not fight!" What made this whole event worse a completely dumb and arrogant individual who had a lanyard around his neck with an ID hanging from it, so he may have worked for the clinic, actually yelled back to the manager, "Let the hoes fight! Let the hoes fight!" Really? This was entertainment for you? What is wrong with some people? So, the two girls separated, one went to the back area while the other girl who actually yelled the F-word continued to work the drive-thru. If they were actually making or preparing the food then I would have left but the gentleman I saw working the food had nothing to do with the fight so I ordered at the counter while the one girl working the window was yelling at other employees what the one girl did to her. I ordered with the buy one sandwich, get one free coupon along with fries and I left. I'm not coming back here. Burger King is across the street one block down. I will go there from now on.
If you want to see 'Jerry Springer Live' then go to this McDonald's. Here the fights aren't staged, the employees really do hate each other. I'm not returning to this McDonald's.
