  • I bought a control board for my lg dryer from apex, because it was not making any heat. After finding out it wasn't the board I called apex for some help and they went above and beyond to help me over the phone helping me troubleshoot the problem. We agreed it had to be the switch In the motor. They shipped the motor out that day. The short end to this story is that it was the motor. They got me back up and running. The help they gave me, you just don't see anymore, not to mention they have the best prices around. Lg could learn something from these guys about customer service !!!!!. If I ever need parts in the future, I will definitely call these guys again and recommend them to anyone who needs appliance parts. Way to go apex. Don't hesitate to call APEX !!!!!!!!!
