  • These guys are terrible! I ordered my monthly supply of supplements from bodybuilding.com. They used to ship via fed ex with no problems, recently they started shipping through lasership. At first it was fine just slower than usual by a couple days. I figure it's the holidays they are just swamped. My stuff arrived in warehouse on the 18th of Dec. It's arrival date was supposed to be the 19th, so on the 19th it says delay due to external factors expect package by the 20th. Fast forward its now the 23rd. Is my package just sitting in a warehouse somewhere in my city??? I'll just get it myself, I call the Charlotte location and the guy was on the phone, was nice and polite asked for my tracking number, I waited on the phone for about 8 mins he said "Umm I think your package is with the delivery guy because I can't find it here. I'll call him then call you back." he hangs up didn't ask for my phone number, surely he has caller ID. An hour later no phone call, so I call them and bam it goes to voicemail. These guys are terrible!!!
