  • Weak explanations for multiple mistakes. I was a customer for 15 months after getting a 3 month add-on to a one year deal. When I was considering an extension, I woke up and quit. She was so quick to charge a $7.50 late fee. Penny-ante cheap-skates. This UPS store had a good employee, but Thomas left this spring.
