  • Heard that SSHD was closing (they're staying open for lunch only through the end of the month), and had to stop by for one last try. I went the day after the article came out and even at 11:30 there was quite the line, but it moved very quickly. They were out of several things, and my favorite, the bibimbap wasn't actually available, but we snagged a few dogs included the daily special, a jalapeno popper dog, which was quite tasty. The poutine seems to have gone downhill a little bit--the gravy lacked its usual depth of flavor, and the cheese curds weren't particularly well-mixed, but I will still miss this establishment very much! Superior Motors better turn out well...
