  • Upon arrival we were greeted by a very kind and helpful valet, we believe his name is Jacob. He wait for us to check in to see if a room would be available early. This is where we met Dawn and Chris M at the front desk. They were very personable and helpful and met all of our requests. We were able to check in early to a beautiful 2nd floor pool view room over the adult pool which was much appreciated and were even given vouchers for free coffee during 2 days of our stay which was a nice surprise. They then took us by cart to our room so we didn't have to drag our luggage in the heat. We made our way to the pool where Daniel took great care of us to find us a shady spot with umbrellas. The room was stunning, the bathroom was spacious with a beautiful tub and shower and the living area was also spacious and comfortable with a great balcony that overlooked the pool. Ruben, the bellman was very attentive and went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable. We ate at the restaurants at the resort and never felt like we had to leave. Nicole Price and Lillybeth and the Centro were very welcoming, friendly and attentive. The Taco Tuesday and $6 Margaritas were excellent and affordable. We have stayed at hundreds of hotels all over the world and this is among the top 5 resorts in terms of room quality, amenities, and price. Most importantly, it is the our top pick for customer service and staff. The Omni should be proud of their exceptional staff. Keep up the good work.
