  • Idiots!!! If i could give them 0 stars i would! I called to find out about a sensor that needed to be replaced on my car...I know i still have a warranty and i know whats covered..the girl who answered the phone in the service dept was a complete idiot ( i wish i caught her name) first she kept putting me on hold to find out the answers to what i asked (why do you work in a dept you dont know shit about) then proceeded to tell me that my warranty wouldnt cover it because i was the 2nd owner, uh what???? The 2nd owner gets a 5 yr or 60,000 mile warranty..how the hell do you work at the Hyundai dealer and not know that and then she proceeded to put me on hold again and comes back on the line and tells me an estimate is $500 dollars, again what??? Needless to say i will never be calling them again for anything. When you are stressed out and worried about fixing your car, pricing and just servicing period you dont need idiots making it worse for no reason at all!!! Luckily ABC Hyundai service department have good people who took time to listen to me and took all my info, double checked my warranty and everything and got me taken care of...they are now my dealer of choice! Dont waste time or energy even making a call to Planet Hyundai!
