  • Simply put, this is the worst consumer electronics store I have ever been to. Completely outdated - the store is a mess with everything out of stock. Reps only want to "print out a sales ticket" for you to get credit for your sale while they did absolutely nothing. Zootpia's DMV sloths were modeled after the cashiers at this specific frys location, and the security guard got an ego trip out of kicking me out of the store 20 minutes after they closed for charging my phone while I waited for my uber ride with my battery at 1 percent. Mind you this was 3 minutes after I spent $550 and they were happy to have me after hours. This place needs to close. They have no idea how to make customers happy.
