  • Great stay for a very reasonable price! The employees at check in were very friendly and recognized my Platinum tier level from IHG. The pool and hot tub area met all of our needs. The bath items in the room and sleep kit left on the bed were very nice! We loved the pillow spray and soar leg rub! The only issue and it should be addressed is the quality and comfort of the bed I would like to give a 3 1/2 star as we didn't sleep the best and woke a little sore. Management should look into an upgrade! We will still look into this location anytime we stay in the Cleveland area.
