  • I'm very displeased with this hotel... My husband and I were staying here and we found a used needle with drugs in it behind the bible in the night stand and we informed the manager and he came to our room and apologized and then asked if he could look around for more in the room and we said sure, then while managment was in the room I had brought in a cup I was using as an ashtray while on the balcony having a cigarette prior to them coming to the room and he accused me of smoking in the room and I said i was smoking on balcony and he said I was not allowed to do that either I had to be 25 ft away from the building but yet I personally have seen staff smoking while out on walkways going to and from all buildings. Also after it was addressed by management "Adam" I looked up hotel policy and it does not state anything about this policy... The amenities and social hour is great complimentary water and cookies while checking in is all fantatisic! Maintence crew is great friendly and helpful and sis the front desk clerks! Wish I could say the same about upper managment but I can't....
