  • I always thought Penn Brewery wasn't as cool as some of the new hipster craft breweries. I STAND CORRECTED! Mr. Bartender was super nice and let me try sips of many options without the slightest bit of attitude. The oyster-based beer was by far the most surprisingly good, and the chocolate stout was my fav. And the food, THE FOOD! I was shocked to even find many yummy Vegan friendly options! We settled on the house-made soft pretzels and cheese, and were not disappointed. I'm so sad my snobbery kept me from this delightful gem all these years. I can't wait to walk my pup over and enjoy the outside area this summer!
