  • This Sallys store on Craig is very unprofessional and Rude. I have been waiting and calling once a week at least about the Wild Growth Hair Oil. I understand maybe all of them r out if it, but when u call and spk with a manager and she says the oil is there just call bck the next day because they just have to unpack it. When u call bck that next day some smart Ass tells u its not there and I told her I just spk with the manager yesterday and she said it is there. This employee that I was talking to said hold on and she came bck and lied and said it's not there and said this was a miss communication, I said no because the manager told me it was there and they are trying to get to it. I have been calling off and on for almost a month and going down there as well. I would advise anyone to not shop there because some of them r ignorant, rude, and don't communicate properly at all. This smart Ass that I was talking to today disconnected the ph while I was talking. So unprofessional and super ignorant. My advice to this store on craig. Hire knowledgeable employees who knows customer service and who knows how to treat customers with RESPECT! Educ them and communicate with each other properly as well with the Managers this way all u can be on the same page. U definitely lost my business! I rate this store less than 0!
