  • In general, I'd say this location, in comparison to its competitors and other Ross stores, has room for improvement. It's not often that I walk out of here with much, if anything, after browsing. The lines here - atrocious. People tend to bring about 900 kids a piece to this location, with the double strollers, and the toys and the... you get the idea. It makes for one long wait for a register. The staff is usually pretty pleasant but the customers are a different story. The place tends to be picked over so I like shopping closer to the SW side of town because of a better selection.
