| - There's only two locations in Nevada, testing schedules are always booked up. First pitfall. They charge $60 each time you test, you'd think that they could afford to open more locations. The employees at BOTH locations, are extremely off putting, old and dry-like personality. They don't have a way to schedule your next test at the actual locations you're testing at. You have to call a 1800 number or do everything online. So dumb ahha . Nobody here makes you feel welcomed or comfortable. Both locations are hard to find. The only nice person is the younger girl with glasses everyone else seems like they hate their job. I came here on a Sunday one day and a blonde younger woman seemed extremely annoyed to be there. Another time I tested I came in and the lady didn't want me to approach her until she was finished printing or doing some sort of "label" for her work there, IDK had nothing to do with me I just wanted to take my test. She looked overwhelmed over a shipping label, YIKES. What a mess, I despise testing here. The last time I tested there was someone typing on the computer the entire time, I could not focus just hearing their keyboard clicks. Just a terrible experience. They do their job fine follow procedures and explain things accurately. But the attitude and the energy isn't there. THEN I wanted to retake my test at a earlier date, guess what they told me I have to keep calling every single day to see if something is available, when I've seen them have a list of people on a roster calling them when chairs free up. I called to ask if I can be put on the roster list, he said we don't do that. Call the 1800 number.. THANKS what a use less testing center, you can't make any changes there, can't pay for a test, can't reschedule with them after you pay for your test all you can do there is take the test... What a terrible system Pearson Vue is.
