  • After many years living in this park many residents will have to acknowledge that maintenance and service are not what they should get for paying a pretty high rent for a piece of land they even have to maintain themselves. They own their homes, but that is pretty much it. The numbers of vacant lots are rising, so are the numbers of vacant homes. They are falling apart due to lack of maintenance and for some unknown reason not offered for sale. This park is owned by a group of investors, so for them a resident/homeowner is just a monthly rent check.
