  • After searching 3 dealerships, Chris, the salesman kept working to meet our needs while the other dealerships didnt follow up. I was quite disappointed in Toyota for not offering bench seating on their higher end Highlanders. You would think they would realize mothers might want to sit between their children on a road trip or need the extra seating. Thank goodness Chris was able to at least get all the safety features we needed. Would have been nice to get the hybrid and air conditioning in the seats but had to forgo because of Toyota's rigidity. Thank you Chris for your help.
