  • I would love to give them a 0 star but you can't , I called yesterday to book an appointment to get balayage highlights and got one for today at 7pm when I got there the girl tells me she was told that the appointment was for a root touch up/ hair colour and that she didn't have time to do my hair because she had another client within the hour and it was going to take her more than 1 hour . Donatos receptionist are very irresponsible and looks like they don't know what they are doing , staff should be more professional.
