  • Where do I even start... I've been going to Herbally Grounded consistently since I started a weight loss challenge at Raw Fitness and part of our nutrition plan is to have fish oil so they recommend Barlean's fish oil. Sprouts and Whole Foods has it but I decided to buy it from Herbally Grounded because 1. They have a 20% discount on it and 2. They had always been nice and respectful. Not tonight! Tonight I walked in at about 8:47(13 mins before closing) and I saw that they had two sizes of the oil I needed but because there's only 6 days left of the challenge I didn't know if to take the small one or the big one so I rushed outside to tell my partner what she thought I should take and then the owner and an employee come rushing outside asking me if I was going to pay for it? Pay for what? You did not see me take anything soooo.. In other words they profiled me and thought I had stolen a bottle of oil!!!!! WOW!!!! I swear if it wasn't this late and I didn't need my oil to stay on track I would have left. I went back in there and I told her, " I didn't take anything!" And she said "oh sorry I thought you took it because blah blah blah!" I am so mad and upset! How could you treat people like that! You thought wrong lady!!! Anyways I WILL NEVER come here again and I will not recommend you to anyone who's part of the fitness challenge.
