  • Terrible customer service. The person rang the bell a full hour before they were supposed to be there then left immediately. Before I could even get my kids situated to get to the door. When I called to see if they could come back, the man got an attitude and refused to give me a straight answer. We moved on to someone who could give us a straight answer and an appropriate bill. I would never trust Matthews Appliance.
