| - Just yesterday, I bought a brand new laptop.....for $2,000. But not at the Rainbow and 215 store. I just paid them there, and had to pick it up at Flamingo and Maryland. Today, it's giving me a message about how it's plugged in, but won't charge. So after calling the store and explaining my issue (Yes, there's a tech solution, and my tech head friend has been there for me) I decided that the best thing to do would be to exchange it. Best Buy's Solution: Bring it to the store that I picked it up from, and exchange it. Both locations that has it in stock are a good 30 minutes away from me what with distance for one, and porn show traffic (AVN is in town) and the one at Rainbow and 215 is super close, and much easier to get to. After explaining that I don't have time today, I asked if they could just have one from either store brought to their store, and I can do the exchange tomorrow since I wouldn't be able to make it. Best Buy's solution: BUY another one, and return the old one.
Happy Birthday to me!! I already spent 6 hours installing and setting it up once. Now I get to do it again because BEST BUY doesn't give a fuck that I already dropped $2K in their store. Also, all their associates didn't bother to stop and ask if I need help when I was trying to buy it. I LOVE standing around for 20 minutes to get shitty service!!
