  • My first experience at Madison Avenue Salon & Day Spa was exceptional. I booked my facial appointment with Jess and Bridget. I've never had a facial prior and they were both extremely helpful helping me to choose the best facial option for my skin. I chose the Age Smart Facial. My appointment was on a Saturday and 2:45 and we began right on time. We took a quick tour of the salon and met all of the staff. They were welcoming and had a smile on their face. The room was ready which was clean and refreshing. Jess explained the whole process to me and would tell me what the next step would be. She made sure I felt at ease with the process and I absolutely did. In the middle of the facial, I decided to have my eyebrows waxed. She did an excellent job. The facial lasted a little over an hour. Jess was outstanding. She was sweet, professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend this Spa and I am looking forward to my next visit.
