  • Went on May 18, 2018, just was inquiring about the Apple Watch. Really just wanted to know what the difference would be for my bill, if I decided to add one to my account. A nice young lady "Terresa" walked from behind the counter to greet me with a big smile on her face and a very friendly hello. Asked me if she could help me. She conducted herself very professionally as she listened to my needs and concerns. She took time to answer all my questions and concerns, about how it may affect my bill. Never rushed, explained everything to me as many times as I needed her to. I was so happy with her service. I purchased the item I only came in to inquire about. Called my sister and told her how helpful Terresa was. She went in the next day, received the same quality service. My sister purchased several items from her and said she will drive the extra distance just for the service and how knowledgeable Terresa was. I went back in the next day and purchased another item from her as well. Thank you Terresa for being so friendly, a great listener, patient and knowledgeable. Will come back to you when I need something else.
