Whoever works the bookings at this business really needs to be trained in customer service. I called to book an appointment last November but no one answered, and later that day I was sent a short text that didn't identify who the business was or why they were contacting me. After several more confusing back and forth texts I was so turned-off by their lack of professionalism that I cancelled the appointment. I decided to give them another try this month and called to book an appointment but again there was no answer on the phone. They texted me, again, without any sort of contact information or greeting with a time that didn't fit my work schedule. When I asked if there were any appointments later in the day for any time next week, all I got was a short "There isn't" reply back. I will not be trying to make an appointment here again, and I strongly encourage the staff at Sei Bella to consider how they deal with customers over text messages. Something so simple as a not identifying who you are and not adding any sort of tiny greeting shouldn't be the reason you lose business.. that's just common sense if you prefer to communicate with your customers via text.
