  • I had a MAJOR frame crack i brought my 53 foot KY trailer in for repair. Brian was my contact form the beginning. Very very busy guy and sometimes hard to get a hold of, but always gets back and even ended up giving me his cellphone. The job was done and we picked up the trailer. There seemed to be a misunderstanding and a major crack was not repaired- this is where the business ethic comes into play! I paid cash in full, and noticed after picking up. Brian checked apologized and repaired the crack with no questions asked. Picking up the trailer tomorrow but this seems to be a very professional honest and ethical establishment.
