On March 14, 2018, I was leaving Las Vegas going back to Los Angeles. My BMW broke down just outside of Vegas in the middle of no where. I call AAA road service and after one hour they finally found me. They the towed be back to Las Vegas because the closes auto shop was back in Las Vegas. AAA towed me to 2250 S.Maryland Parkway in Las Vegas. This was the location of My Mechanics auto repair. I met a service man name Louie Gomez and a mechanic i believe was name Curtis Bonnie. These men were so professional and caring. They new I was stranded along way from home and had already checked out of my Hotel at the Fremont. They stayed opened late that evening diagnosing my car and trying to get the part for my car. They worked very hard. Because I had checked out my hotel one day earlier. I called reservation and they reinstated my room until the following morning. The technician Curtis gave me ride back to the Fremont Hotel. He didn't have to it was just an act of kindness. The next morning Louie the service advisor contacted me and told me my car was ready right before final checkout at the Fremont Hotel. What a wonderful job they did replacing the water pump and thermostat on my car. They were so kind. I was celebrating my 69th birthday in Las Vegas and it could have been a disaster had I not been saved by My Mechanic Auto Repair. They are very professional and caring. They are the best I've experienced in 69 years. My name is Dwight Cheffen and I live in Los Angeles, California.
