rev:text	UPDATE: Alam Leyva, Director of Food & Beverage contacted me regarding my previous post and genuinely expressed his concern with our displeasure. He invited us to return and when we arrived on Friday, March 18th we were treated like royalty. That horrible hostess was not there and the customer service was AWESOME. Corina was our waitress and she was GREAT. She was pleasant and very attentive. Chef Travis Beavers was Great also. He mingled with the patrons and made it a pleasant visit. Alam seemed to truly care that we were satisfied. The entire experience left us feeling great. This time we ordered the House Gumbo and it was AWESOME. I believe everyone should be treated like this on every visit. People are coming to your establishment and spending their hard earned money. A little quality customer service goes a long way. My husband and I will visit the Oyster Bar in the Santa Fe again to see if the customer service continues. Thank you Alam, Corina and Chef Travis. You provided us with a memorable experience. Because you are the first line of contact with the patrons and did such a wonderful job, you deserve a 5 STAR RATING! My husband and I went to the Oyster Bar in Santa Fe Station on March 11, 2016. We arrived around 4:30 pm and there was already a long line. Me and another lady went to speak to the hostess and asked why there was only a few people sitting in there eating. The hostess stated that 8 Chairman cardholders are allowed to enter at 4:30 pm and 8 more Chairman cardholders at 4:45 pm. This place only holds around 20 people (4 tables that can seat 2 and the remaining at the bar). I asked why limited seating. Hostess stated that it's an Oyster Bar! REALLY! The Orleans and Texas Station both have Oyster Bars and with plenty of room to seat many patrons. Ordered the Fish & Chips for $19.99. We got 2 pieces of fish with fries. The lady next to us received 3 pieces of fish. Where's the consistency!!! The fish was bland and the fries were the best part of the meal. I've had better fish elsewhere. For the cost of this stuff, it was NOT worth it! We will not be returning to this Oyster Bar!!!!!
