I tried to make a appointment for a oil change at this dealership since i own a Nissan that i just purchased through another Nissan dealership in centennial .
I figure i will have my car serviced here since is closer to my neighborhood
The receptionist for the service department i believe her name is Darlene or Daley or something with the D she has a voice of a older lady was extremely rude from the moment she answer the phone very unpleasant with a attitude like you were bothering her i asked for the times available for a oil change , for some reason i didnt understand her answer and she started to scream at me because i will not understand her with a horrible disposition . i asked why are you screaming at and giving me a horrible attitude she proceeded to scream and hung up on me .
I never been to this dealership and i guess never will. this dealership lost a customer .
That person should be fired .. if i go in live with an ignorance and the attitude like that lady i will be probably be in street ...
