  • I've moved here 18 months ago and have lived in two different units within the complex. With friends living all over Scottsdale in similar complexes, I still have not seen anything that I like better than the Broadstone Lincoln. The amenities are fantastic - huge pool area with a bunch of cabanas, two story gym, clean grills with propane refilled, pool table, cable tv, coffee & water bottles, yoga spa, parking, etc. The service is great - employees do a good job hosting events at the clubhouse (free fitness training, free yoga twice a month, new events rotating weekly). The staff is timely when you need something fixed and they always send a courtesy note letting you know the service has been completed. Walking distance to Trader Joes, AJ's, and a bunch of restaurants. Close enough to old town to be in the mix, but in a quiet private community where you won't be disturbed. A nice mix of people live here too, old and young, families and single people. Overall, I've had a great experience living here over the last year and a half. Highly recommend.
