  • I was a bit leery about going to a dealership because of how awful of an experience my wife and I had with our last purchase - the customer service we received from Graham Faria and Arrowhead Honda was definitely worthy of 5/5 stars! Graham was very knowledgeable about their entire lineup and it was a very low-pressure experience. Regardless of us showing up only a few minutes before closing Graham and the team were very patient with us and were willing to stay late to make sure we could have the deal we wanted. The result was us driving off the lot with an amazing SUV that we're absolutely obsessed with. It may be a few years until we're ready for a new car for our long commute to work, but I promise that when we are we'll be going back to Graham Faria at Arrowhead Honda.
