  • 10 stars! I make the whole car-buying process uncomfortable for everyone. But not here. The sales man, walked me through leasing options, which were foreign to me. He really listened and made charts with thorough explanations. There wasn't any tension or unease! I was there for several hours with my daughter. Many introductions were made, all of which included her. Speaking of time, they closed at 6:00 but we weren't finished until 7:30! I felt bad but they reassured me it was fine and really meant it. What other dealer would do that? They really took care of me- it was like buying from family. I had two cars to trade in, but didn't have a way to get them both there, so they came to my house to look them over! Again, who does that? They gave me good trade-in offers that I couldn't pass up. I really felt like I got a good deal and left completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone. Their philosophy is like no other- Customer satisfaction and they deliver! Oh, by the way, that's my white Escape you see representing the dealership! Wait- can I preface that I have had GM loyalty my entire life? I crossed over!
