  • I phoned them in the morning to make an oil change appointment, but was told one wasn't needed. As I arrived I was told I have to wait 20 minutes for a oil change which turned to 2 hours. And they are pretty indirectly pushy about the extra work needed, as per the other reviews. 1 star for no apology for making me wait and really bad customer service.
