Went specifically to try out the doughnuts because of all the rave reviews, but I gotta say I was a bit disappointed. We only tried a couple of the doughnuts (options: cream filled, chocolate cream filled, raspberry filled, cherry filled, or plain). The filling was pretty sparse, and they were a bit tougher on the outside than a "typical" doughnut from your neighbourhood's Tim Horton's.
But service was super friendly, there
was fresh bread loaves, and a very nice display of other desserts that I would be interested in trying. Price for the doughnuts was fair ($1.50 each) and maybe that's reason enough to at least try them out in order to support a local shop.
