  • I love this store and every employee I've dealt with to date. The staff is always eager to help the second I walk in the door and if they're busy, they'll still acknowledge me and help when they're free. We've been in dozens of times between my husband's home improvement projects and my craft whims and they (almost) always have exactly what we're looking for. The one occasion that they didn't carry the very unique part we needed, they referred us to a specialty store that did indeed have it. My ONE AND ONLY negative is I wish the store hours were extended (earlier), but I completely understand that business needs drive those decisions. Thanks, Carl's Ace family!
