  • Bought some furniture that turned out to be wonky so decided to return it and the rude employee Satinder said everything is final sale. Ummm....excuse me? No one told me that when I checked out, doesn't say it on my receipt, and how is that legal...? Annoying sales reps who won't leave you alone and clearly the WORST return policy in the world - terrible service when I went back. Mostly due to Satinder who claims he's a manager but when I told him I'd call corporate he quickly backtracked and said his manager was on 'vacation'. I've already contacted my CC provider to open an investigation and filed complaints with BBB, MoCA, and will post my reviews across the interwebs to tell others to STAY AWAY. Serves me right for not paying more for it at Costco, they have great customer service and an excellent return policy. Brick, you guys suck. Customer lost for life.
