  • No fresh popcorn. It was all pre-bagged and left on shelves. Popcorn maker wasn't even in use on a busy weekend. $8 for a tiny bag of stale popcorn. Paid $2 extra for extra "layered" butter and the popcorn was still dry. I realize its a movie theatre and the snack bar is a rip off but really Cineplex. $3.50 for a bottle of Dasani water too. Ouch. The theatre itself has seen better days. During the film it was clear that one of the speakers was blown and it rattled horribly during the movie. C'mon Cineplex. You charge an arm and a leg. You can do better.
