  • Ridiculously inept and the most incompetent employees work at this location in Maple. I can remember of only one occasion that my drive-thru order has been taken and fulfilled correctly (I have 3 children under the age of 12 and live 5 minutes away from this location, so it can be imagined how often I've picked up dinner on my way home from work for my family), and this is not an exaggeration in the least. I've wasted more gas and time going back to this Maple location from home to have my order corrected. I will, from now on, travel OUT OF MY WAY to avoid this location and will speak with my wallet. Management, wake up and address your internal problems, this is not a random customer complaint I am most definitely sure of that!
