| - It's a great concept. The menu is creative and fun, and the product is tasty, although very sweet - and this is coming from an American. Beware of massive sugar highs and even bigger crashes lol!
Firstly, Ingrid (I believe), has great customer service skills. She easily sold us on her favorite menu items, and was willing to answer my partner's many questions. She definitely had fun with us, and vice versa. She sold us on quite a bit of treats, and since we are locals, we don't mind taking stuff home. A box of a dozen cookies and a Crack Pie - because who doesn't get the Crack Pie?
She had a lot of great ideas for enjoying the cookies. The Corn Sugar cookie warmed with honey? Yes, please!
Now, my only complaint is the price point. I completely understand Strip prices, considering I live in Vegas and have worked on the Strip for years. However, $35 for a dozen average-sized cookies? That alone will ensure that I don't go back on a regular basis, even though I'm in the area quite often. It'll be a nice treat when friends or family come to town, maybe. But it's not going to generate any return business from myself, or many locals, really.
It's too bad, because everything else was on point.
