  • At first, I thought this place would be wonderful. I should have known right away it would be awful from how unorganized and incapable the office employees where. I really wanted to like this place. But I can always smell weed outside and nothing is ever done about it when I've mentioned it before both to security and management, the gate is always broken, I can hear every single move the people above me make and the ceiling squeaks when they do so badly that I cannot even hear myself think, there is always trash everywhere, the hot water doesn't last long, I could go on. They can renovate all they want but the buildings themselves are just awful quality, the employees incapable, and the majority of people renting just disrespectful and rude.
