I have shopped at this smoke shop since it first opened. When I smoked I bought all my cigarettes there as I couldn't find a better price. My son gave me an E-cigarette for Christmas (an eCab V2) which I loved and I have not had a cigarette since. Wanting a less expensive one to take if I travelled, I bought the E-cigarette that this store recommended and was very happy with it. When the battery died, I bought two more . Today I went in as I was not really happy with the smoke I was getting with these two. The manager not only educated me on the fact that I needed to replace the innards every 3 weeks or so, he actually took them apart and changed them for me. Then when I showed him how dark the liquid had become in the V2 that my son had bought me, he was amazed that I had never replaced the innards. The V2 is a bit temperamental when it comes to replacing parts , but he worked and reworked it until he got it working. Exceptional service that is so rare these days! To top it off he did not charge me for the 2nd part, telling me he just wanted a happy customer. Take note: this is how to create loyal customers.
