  • Property management is not something you want to go alone. And, there are many PM firms out there who claim to be professional. Before hiring Eric Roth and Family Property Management we did some research. We called the big PM firms and even had them come by our property. What we found was the big PM firms were expensive, arrogant and a great distance away. The big firms had high set-up fees, high commissions, and high monthly fees. We did not get any of that with Family PM. With Family PM the whole process was simple, straight forward and reasonably priced. Set-up and monthly fees are reasonable at Family. Eric is very professional and offers great guidance. And he listens to you. While we did not follow thier advice 100%, they did work with us to do it our way. And, here is an important point, Family PM is just 2 miles from our property. The closest Other Firm was 400 miles away. That was important to us, and it should be to you.
