  • This plato's closet really deserves zero stars for how customers are treated. Long story short, about 8 months ago I had an employee be extremely rude to me. I figured I would go to the owner about it. Well, comes to find out he tells me "Well you can't describe her can you" and gave me a nasty look. He ended up telling me that employees were allowed first pick of whatever was bought from a seller, and that he couldn't do anything about it. So sellers, if you wonder why you don't get much money for your stuff, it's probably because one of the employees wants it and is pricing it low. I was appalled by the way I was treated, and have not been back since nor my family. I recommend selling your stuff on Craigslist or eBay before EVER going here.
