Darvin the service writer is an outstanding example of a model employee! He cares about his customers and wants to ensure the repair is explained and expectations are met. I even got a shuttle home!
The repair was under warranty and he called me as soon as he found out the replacement part triggered the engine light which needed another part. (Again, covered under warranty) He offered a replacement loaner car as he would need the car another day. I graciously declined, but that was so AWESOME for them to offer!
I have found a new dealership for my wife's Camry repairs.
