| - Customer Service leaves much to be desired. My husband spent $180 on three services for me for my birthday. I had no idea that it expired. No one ever explained that to me. Not my husband, no one from Massage Envy, ever said a word about it expiring. So, me being the busy mother of 4, full-time student, and a working a job fill time, forgot to treat myself to these services.
When I finally got around to it, they had expired. To make along story short, I emailed them, talked to them on the phone and was told somebody would get back to me. 2 MONTHS WENT BY. I emailed again. Finally a new GM called me and offered me my services back and I make an appointment today.....AND TO MY SURPRISE THEY ARE EXPIRED AGAIN.
The whole idea of a massage or a spa day is to RELAX. I anything bit relaxed dealing with such poor customer service.
If you spend that kind of money on a gift for someone there shouldn't be an expiration like that. They do this in hopes that busy people like me will forget. THEN THEY GET KEEP YOUR MONEY AND point to the fine print that they NEVER went over with me. When I originally went in, the girl at the front desk told me to sign here here and here. Sneaky and poor customer care, I'm my opinion. I will never return and I will tell everyone that I can not to go either.
