  • Financial rip off. My daughter signed a 1 year contract, there is an auto renewal clause. She only went a few months and then quit going. If you don't send a registered letter to cancel they keep rolling the contract over. Nobody ever called her about the renewal or not paying after the year was up. Two years later my daughter gets an email from a collection agency saying she owes $1,250.00. I called Spa Lady and they said its out of their hands and they can't help me - they have referred it to a collection agency. I called the collection agency and they said this happens all the time. The collection agency (Priority Credit Recovery) is making money off this scam so they say there is nothing they can do. Spa Lady does not pursue the renewal because they know the individual doesn't want to renew. Spa Lady had my daughter's cell number and email which the collection agency now has. BE VERY CAREFUL. GO TO A CLUB THAT IS REPUTABLE.
