  • If I could give them a lower rating then I would, last year we made a purchase with them which was suppose to be 12 months zero interest. However when the the 12 months was up we still notice a balance with them. We called to ask them why and they told us the contract wasn't typed as 12 months zero interest even though the sales agent told us it was. So we called corporate and informed them of the mistake on the contract. Instead of honoring the contract they said you signed it your stuck with those terms. They have to be the worse place for customer customer service. I even informed that we have been making double payments as well as and never late! But yet they never cared!! We will never go back here, I warn everyone to stay away from this company or if you do buy read your contract carefully for they do like to royal screw people. They truly are Conns that's a good name for them!!!!
