  • Wow! We checked in half an hour ago and we've already had wonderful customer service! We are staying overnight and shuttling to the hotel early in the morning. Upon check-in, we received a wake-up call, shuttle reservations, and to-go breakfast bags (although we will have time to go to the complimentary breakfast.) But when we got to room, we had trouble with the keys. Luckily, Sonia came up to the room to help us and brought pizza for us too! Thanks so much, Sonia!
