If you are looking for a whole body work out this is the place to go! I could see changes in my body after just a few classes, and now that I am there on a regular basis I have lost inches all over and toned up muscles in my legs, arms, back, booty, shoulders, abs....everywhere. Classes have a lot of the small movements that barre classes are typically known for, but there is also a lot of cardio thrown into the mix and some yoga for stretching. The staff is welcoming and friendly and I love that while taking classes they encourage you to take modifications and listen to your body. You don't have to be a dancer or a fitness expert to dive in and sweat - all classes have people at different fitness levels.
